Play responsibly at 7c7bd
When entertainment goes out of control, it is important to seek help. 7c7bd is committed to giving you a safe and enjoyable experience.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online betting and casino games are a great form of entertainment — but they should always be treated as a leisure activity, not a source of income. 7c7bd believes that when every player plays with awareness and within their means, the experience becomes truly enjoyable.
Our platform is open only to those who are 21 years of age or older. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited. 7c7bd is committed to ensuring player protection at every step.
If you feel that betting is affecting your daily life, family, or financial situation, please use the tools below or contact our support team. We are always here for you.
Our protection tools
Deposit limit
You can set how much you deposit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Setting this limit makes it easier to manage your finances and prevents overspending. You can change the limit at any time through support.
Time-Out Break
If you feel the need, you can pause your account for a set period (such as 24 hours to a few weeks). During this time, no bets or deposits will be possible. This is an effective step to help you clear your head.
Self-exclusion
If you need a long-term break, choose the self-exclusion option. Selecting this will close your account for a set period (or permanently). It cannot be reactivated before the chosen period ends.
Betting History Review
You can view the full history of all bets and transactions from your account. Reviewing your spending patterns builds awareness and makes it clear where you need to be more careful.
Minor Protection
If there are any minor members in your household, use parental control software on your device. Age is verified during registration at 7c7bd, and no one under 21 is allowed to open an account.
24/7 Support Assistance
Our support team is available around the clock for any questions or concerns about responsible gaming. You can get help in both Bengali and English via live chat or email.

Practical tips for healthy betting habits
Set a budget
Decide before you play how much you can afford to spend. When you reach that limit, stop — that is the smart move.
Stick to time limits
Take regular breaks instead of playing for long stretches at a time. Use your phone's timer to keep track of time.
Do not bet on impulse
Avoid placing large bets out of frustration after a loss or excitement after a win. Making decisions with a calm head is always the best approach.
Treat it as entertainment
Viewing betting as a way to earn money leads to disappointment. Enjoy it as a hobby, the same way you would watch a film or follow a sport.
